Refund policy

1. Changes

a) Any additional products beyond the original order quantity may incur an additional charge.

b) Lowering the quantity of products ordered is non-refundable. For example, if you order 15 welcome boxes and later decide you only need 12, the cost of the extra three boxes will not be refunded.

c) If you wish to substitute a product type after payment has been made, this change may incur an additional charge to the original price quote.

2. Returns

After delivery, unused products are not returnable for any refund.

3. Cancellations

Within 24 hours of payment: Full refund.

After 24 hours of payment up until one week before delivery: 50% refund.

Between one week before delivery and your simcha: No refund.
